FREE SAILING SHIFTS FOR LAB & LUT STUDENTS!

Hello LAB and LUT students!

Welcome to sail with J70-boats at the Lahti Sailing Club's Sailing Center, Myllysaari. ⛵

LAB and LUT students have their own sailing shift on J70- boats on Tuesdays from 17:00 to 19:00. Sailing shifts are free of charge for students. The summer sailing shifts start on May 28, 2024.

Sailing is made possible by Sailing Center's partners Helmi Säästöpankki, Stalatube, Ernst&Young, Volar and Lahti Energia.

You need sailing equipment/clothing according to the weather. The life jackets come on behalf of the Sailing Center. You don't need previous sailing experience, there is always a competent sailing instructor with you but you must be able to swim.

In addition to the instructor, the boat can accommodate five students at a time. Everyone must register via pepe@photex.fi in order to be able to book their own sailing session via www.nimenhuuto.fi.

Please note that when you book a place on the boat, you must also arrive at the place or cancel in time so that the next person has the opportunity to sail.
